We at Microphone Madness are so confident about our superior products, that if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of initial order to qualify for a full refund (minus shipping & handling). Provided that the product(s) are returned in as-new condition. You must return all packing materials & literature. After 30 days from the date of purchase, products are covered by their manufacturers warranty. Microphone Madness product(s) carry a one (1) year warranty and should be returned to us. Products that are manufactured by other companies should be returned to them for warranty service!

1 Year Warranty

If your Microphone Madness products fail, due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product (at our option) to the original purchaser. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or solvents. Microphone Madness is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Returns and Repairs

Any product(s) repaired due to Microphone Madness neglect will be sent back to you free of charge. Claimant must send product(s) & copy of original receipt prepaid to the address below.

You do not need a return authorization number! But you must include your name, address, phone number, copy of your original receipt and reason for your return or a brief description for repair!
